Yu-Gi-Oh GX was a sequel to the original Yu-Gi-Oh anime and in my opinion a true sequel and the best one out of all of the sequels released after the original. the series follows Jaden Yuki as he attends Dual Monster Academy and his crazy adventures with his friends and rivals. Why this anime deserves a HD remake? The original Japanese version not the 4kids tv version told a complete story and almost every episode was visually perfect. it really showed character progression which a lot of animes at the time and still even to today have a lack of. especially the final episode which sadly never got officially English dubbed. Jaden Final dual with the legendary Yugi Moto really hit close to the heart. after witnessing everything Jaden had to go through and to really see the depression on his face after the grueling 4 years, you really understood his feelings and mental state. the final dual was a beautiful representation of a ending and a new beginning
why this anime never got a HD upscale is beyond me. why the anime never gotten a complete English dub is beyond me. but clearly there is a miss opportunity . having this series upscale as well as the original will be a great addition to any anime fans collection.
